I even have the Terrans "Trying" to make there way to PTNI Headquarters to have borders with there *scum* Teladi Allies. Like I said, Paranid lost Core sectors to Yaki, Boron to Teladi, Split to Terran. *)Īnd just more random Sector Wars stuff, at any one time there is as few as 4 full on invasions going on and ive seen as many as 11 at once, thats NOT including defensive invasions. As for "Breaking" stuff, it depends in which order you start x Mod (* Ie, Yaki Armarda THEN Pirate Guilds THEN Enable RW but dont start the sector takeovers or Xenon/Khaak until AFTER the Hotwars option, then do the Improved Xenon/Khaak in RW, then if you want activate the standalone Improved Xenon/Khaak 2.0 Mods, finally, activate racial wars sector take overs., all is good to go, I have my current playthrough at 44 hours. Also, it has been said that IR tends to break parts of LU.Īhhh you likely didnt set the "Config Key" for the Racial Wars config then, once you assign a key, set it up yourll see regular report status's on "X race is invading/defending x Sector"įull on wars far dwarfing anything the vanilla offered, if you need a hand setting it up feel free to add me and send me a message. I stuck around Heretic's End running SETA for 20 minutes, and nothing really happened, not to the scale of the vanilla war. I DID try Improved Races with LU once, it didn't seem to have any effect. Oh and it has sector take overs AND the racial invasions allow sector take overs of even the Core sectors from rival races (* Yaki managed to get as far as Paranid Prime so far, they had Argon and Split stations built in their sectors so they got a little economy working now aswell. I started it after a few days play through so in the "Peace time" I could do a bunch of station building missions so trade still works once war is started (* I literally spent a day SOLELY looking for "Build a Telandium Foundry" and the Flowers/Oil from the Teladi, build a couple for Borons/Splits/Yaki, in key sectors, so they can at least keep everything going. Note: X3: Albion Prelude will not be compatible with save-games from X3: Terran Conflict.Originally posted by Klotho:No idea why no-ones suggested it but "Improved Races 2.0" has a bunch of options including a "Hotwar" option that lets you rig the galaxys "Relations" as you see fit, I currently have Argon, Boron, Yaki and Split vs Teladi, Pirates, Paranid, Terran.Improved UI introducing charts to visualize economic developments.Improved graphics quality setting for high end machines.New Stock Exchange feature allows advanced investment strategies.A new plot throws you into the power struggle between corporations at a time of war.Highways, a key feature of X: Rebirth, are not yet ready, but you can see them being built and participate in the power struggles around the construction of much larger self sustaining economies.
